Faster Than Birds Can Fly was published by Granary Books in New York City in the summer of 2009. The book was designed by Trevor Winkfield with typography by Philip Gallo at the Hermetic Press. The book was printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm 100% cotton rag paper using pigment based inks on the Epson 11880 at Silicon Gallery Fine Art Prints in Philadelphia. The binding is by Judith Ivry. The edition comprises 40 copies all numbered and signed by poet and artist. 28 copies are for sale.
