In the years prior to the publication of this first book, Gilfillian had studied at the Iowa Writers Workshop with Ted Berrigan and Anselm Hollo, before moving to New York City and participating in the literary communities there.

This is from an edition of 250 copies published by Angel Hair "with special thanks to Alice Notley, Jim Carroll, and Ted Berrigan."

Very good plus to near fine with light evidence of moisture along spine and light toning to extremities. A sharp copy.
