Lokta paper over boards, printed handpress with illustrations by Josie Grant on lokta paper. This is from an edition of 550 copies of which 50 are hardbound, and numbered and signed by author and artist; this is no. 5 from the special edition. Di Prima notes that this edition was the last time she ever received federal funding from a grant (the National Endowment of the Arts), who was disappointed that she paid a Kathmandu-based printer instead of an American one. Very fine, and scarce in hardcover.
