Saddle-stitched wrappers, 8 1/2 x 11 in. Cover by Donna Dennis, with white (rather than black) lettering. This is from an edition of 500 copies suppressed by the publishers because of a botched printing job by a local printer in SoHo. They took the job back to their regular printer, Chapel Press in Williamstown, Mass., and left misprinted copies with the SoHo printer. A very good copy with light shelf wear. Very scarce.
