Cloth over boards with printed label. 7 1/2 x 9 1/2 in., 120 pp. Text by Kenneth Goldsmith with wood engravings by James Siena. This is no. 12 from an edition of 200 signed by the author and the artist (there are also 30 hors commerce copies). The book was designed by Thomas Whitridge and printed letterpress by Michael and Winifred Bixler, who also printed the five original two-color wood engravings directly from the blocks. With folding letterpress prospectus for the book and a thank you card from the Benefit Art Auction to Support The Renee and Chaim Gross Foundation, March 17, 2014, where the book was acquired. Tiny, barely perceptible, bump to lower right corner else as new.
