Perfect bound in wrappers. 183 pp. With a 9-page afterword by Allen Ginsberg. This book collects poems from earlier collections, anthologies, and magazines. Cover photo of the poet by Martha Veitch. Illustrations in the book are by Tom Veitch, Dick Gallup, Joe Brainard, George Schneeman, and others. This is from an edition of 1500 copies of which 26 are lettered and signed. Inscribed to Ron Padgett and family in 1976. Padgett and Veitch collaborated on the novel, Antlers in the Treetops (Coach House, 1973). Very good plus, a bit toned but with strong spine and sharp corners.
