Side-stapled wrappers. A great association copy inscribed by Bill Berkson to Lewis Warsh on colophon page. Lewis Warsh and Anne Waldman published Bill Berkson in Angel Hair, in addition to two books, Shining Leaves (1969) and Recent Visitors (1973). The Angel Hair edition of Recent Visitors is an entirely different book, albeit with the same title, and is dedicated to Warsh. Very good, a bit age-darkened at the extremities with minor chips along spine of last page.
