Laid in is a TLS (Apr. 7, 1988) to David [Bromige] referencing the then recent memorial for Robert Duncan and the Bay Area poetry magazine Poetry Flash of which Abbott was a co-editor, 1979–1984. Also laid in is a single page photocopy "Brief Bibleography on Writing About Death, AIDS" compiled by Steve Abbott who died of AIDS in 1992. Fine.
