Book is clean and sharp, very good plus to near fine. Jacket shows light shelf wear with 3/8 in. closed tear to lower right front cover, 1/4 in. closed tear to lower front panel, 1/2 in. tear to upper left panel, 1/2 x 1/8 in. chip to upper right back panel.
