Contributors to the auction include Carl Andre, Arman, John Ashbery, Ted Berrigan, Mel Bochner, Joe Brainard, Rosemary Castoro, Gregory Corso, Mary Frank, Allen Ginsberg, Mike Goldberg, Red Grooms, Abbie Hoffman, Jasper Johns, John Lennon, Les Levine, Sol LeWitt, Brice Marden, Harry Mathews, Phil Ochs, Claes Oldenburg, Yoko Ono, Lil Picard, Brigid Polk, Robert Rauschenberg, Larry Rivers, George Schneeman, Marjorie Strider, Anne Waldman, Andy Warhol, and Hannah Wile, among many others. Works were donated under the supervision of Sun/Dance and the Poetry Project, St. Mark's Church in-the-Bowerie with poetry readings Dec. 14th & 17th at Lo Giudice Gallery 484 Broome Street, NYC, where the auction was held on Dec. 18th.

Several spots to lower portion of recto and a couple of scuffs to verso otherwise near fine sharp clean copy. Edition size unknown. Scarce.
