Three leaves printed rectos only, 8 1/2 x 11 in. This document was intended to inform interested people about the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act of 1974. It also announces an event "'Blow the Lid Off the FBI' Public Service-Information/Action at Printed Matter, Inc., 7 Lispenard St., NYC Saturday December 6, 1980: 2 to 5 PM." The third leaf is a letter template to be used in requesting files under the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act. The first two leaves are corner-stapled, staple has been removed. Several small marks to page 1 visible in scan. Near fine.
