Side-stapled mimeo in clear plastic wrappers. Published in this revised, first separate edition by Towle in 1977 following an earlier appearance in the December 1975 Poetry Project Newsletter. An excerpt of the earlier version was also published in the April/May 1976 edition of Coda: Poets & Writers Newsletter. An exploration of Towle's finances and income as they related to his poetry, this copy with an autograph letter to "Ms. Larson," dated February 9, 1978, in which Towle suggests that the book will not be "as serious a study as Frances implied."
From an edition of 500 copies, this is no. 153 and signed by the author. Slight yellow toning to the edges of the plastic with the text-block sharp and bright.
