Burning Deck, nos. 1–4.
Fall 1962–Spring 1965. Item #3846 Saddle-stitched letterpress in wrappers. Complete run of the magazine that helped inaugurate Keith (going by his first name, Bernard, at the time) and Rosmarie Waldrop's Burning Deck Press. Intended as a quarterly, only the first 3 issues are published as such, in Fall 1962, Spring 1963, and Fall 1963, with the fourth and final issue published in Spring 1965 from Durham, Connecticut, following Keith's appointment at Brown. After the final issue, the magazine would be followed by a pamphlet series and the press would focus on books by individual poets. Pages within each issue are numbered so that pagination runs continuously across all 4 issues.
