1970–1971. Item #3900

Nos. 1–3 side-stapled mimeo, no. 4 saddle-stitched offset.

Complete run of Tom Veitch's seminal San Francisco-based little magazine. Originally published as a way for Veitch to distribute his writing to friends, the magazine would gradually begin to incorporate others' works, especially collaborations, and eventually reflect Veitch's participation in the underground comix movement.

Reflecting on the magazine, Veitch writes "Thing about having your own magazine you can do any fucking thing you want to!" That ethos is reflected in each issue, with works offering experimental takes on poetry, fiction, spiritual experiences, collaborations, comix, and even advertisement.
