Manila folder with autograph title, "Red Devil * Bill Berkson," containing two copies of this side-stapled mimeograph book: an original typescript version for the publisher, and an editioned copy of the published work. Both are inscribed to Joanne Kyger.

The front page of the typescript copy identifies it in Berkson's hand as an "original typescript w/ trial cover (cropped at top of image) and sample colophon text w/ publishers' remarks and calculations. Hors de Commerce. 10/28/82," alongside the personalized inscription to Kyger. The colophon identifies it as "#2, #Joanne."  There is one instance of an autograph addition to the text by Berkson and one instance of correction fluid in the typescript.

The editioned books is from an edition of 50 copies, of which 10 have an additional drawing by Berkson. This is from the regular edition.

The typescript copy is fine. The edition book is near fine, with some toning to covers. Housed in a very good plus folder with some toning and smudging, and a bump to the top left corner.
