Sewn in red paper wrappers, with title card tipped onto the front cover. Contains a poem by Guest with a color print of an illustration by the British artist Trevor Winkfield tipped in. This is the fourth title in a series designed by Kenward Elmslie and C.W. Swets. The book was set in Bembo and printed by The Grenfell Press.
This is from an edition of 200 copies, of which 26 are lettered A–Z and signed by the poet and artist and contain an original print by Winkfield. This is from the regular edition, and though not stated, is from the library of the poet Ron Padgett.
Very good plus, with several black marks and a 1/2 in. toning band along the bottom of the back cover.
