Smyth-sewn. The third and fourth issue of Ashbery, Koch, Mathews, and Schuyler's essential little magazine, published out of Lans-en-Vercors, France, across five issues between 1961 and 1962. The editors alternated responsibility across issues, with this "double issue of new poetry" edited by Ashbery. Though unstated, this copy is from the library of the poet Ron Padgett.

Very good, with toning, shelf wear and some wrinkles on the covers, and evidence of moisture along the top of the text block, with pages unaffected but the exterior of the spine showing creases and wrinkling.
