A collection of Berkson's uncollected poems, printed on a home computer and presented to his friend, the poet Kenward Elmslie, as a birthday gift in 1999. The manuscript contains 30 poems, along with a cover page signed by Berkson, and an autograph title page, reading: "poems 1980–1999 / for Kenward / love & / Happy Birthday!!! / your fan, / Bill."
Near fine. Poems within are crisp, with minor wrinkling near the edges. Folder exhibits expected toning and wrinkling. A touching association copy in a unique presentation.
