Saddle-stitched in stiff paper wrappers, with cover art by Peter Mitchell-Dayton tipped on. Collaborative text by Bellamy and Harrison, originally written for the exhibition "Smells Like Vinyl," curated by Sarah Seager and Thaddeus Strode and held at the Roger Merians Gallery in New York from July 6–August 18, 1995. A portion of the work was also published in the catalog for the exhibition "Millennium Coming: The New Degenerate Art Show," organized by Chris Komater and Michelle Rollman at The Lab in San Francisco in the fall of 1996.

This copy is from the library of the poet Charles Bernstein and is inscribed to him by Bellamy, who has crossed out Harrison's name to note his signature is not present.
