Saddle-stitched wrappers with printed dust jacket. Murray 3.8. This copy inscribed to Louis Zukofsky "LZ from IHF October 64" in red ink on title page, also printed with red ink. A lovely copy of this book of minimal and concrete poetry with important association value. Wild Hawthorn published Zukofsky's 16 Once Published in 1962 though LZ only contributed to a single issue of POTH. Book is fine, jacket has a 1/4 in. closed tear at bottom of back panel otherwise fine.
